Rajyn Star Flag Terms and Conditions
Disclaimer
Welcome to Rajyn Star Flag, your trusted partner for comprehensive vessel and flag inspection services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This disclaimer outlines the scope of our services, limitations, and the responsibilities of all parties involved.
Certificate of Inspection Validity
(a) The Certificate of Inspection provided by Rajyn Star Flag is contingent upon complete and unrestricted access to the vessel and its components during the inspection. The certificate’s accuracy is directly related to the visibility and disclosure of all relevant aspects during inspection.
Nature of Inspection
(b) Rajyn Star Flag’s inspection is intended as a professional assessment based on the visible condition and accessible parts of the vessel at the time of inspection. It is a guide and does not substitute for the owner’s due diligence. The owner should be aware that the complexity of the inspection will impact the final assessment and certification, which will depend on when and how Rajyn Star Flag can carry out the work.
Assumption of Risk
(c) The owner assumes all risks associated with the Vessel or Trailer, including but not limited to theft, loss, or damage:
- In transit to or from Rajyn Star Flag’s facilities.
- While located on the premises of Rajyn Star Flag.
- During any operational tests such as slipping, launching, or in-water assessments.
Indemnification
(d) The owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rajyn Star Flag, its employees, agents, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from the inspection, except in cases of negligence or misconduct by Rajyn Star Flag.
Weather and Environmental Conditions
(e) Inspections are subject to postponement or rescheduling based on adverse weather conditions or other environmental factors that could compromise the safety of the inspection process.
Compression Testing Limitations
(f) Compression tests are done only when spark plugs and other engine components are readily accessible without disassembly or using specialized equipment.
Limitation of Liability
(g) Rajyn Star Flag’s liability for any claims related to the inspection service shall not exceed the total fee paid by the owner for the inspection service. This limitation applies to all damage, loss, or injury except as law prohibits.
Defects and Owner’s Responsibility
(h) Rajyn Star Flag bases the certificate issuance on the vessel’s condition during inspection. If inspectors note any defects, the vessel owner must decide whether to operate the vessel at their own risk, considering Rajyn Star Flag’s advice.
Exclusions
(i) The inspection does not cover any components or parts of the vessel that are not visible or accessible during inspection. The coverage is also for specific services the owner requests and agrees upon before the review.

Rajyn Star Flag reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any modifications confirm that you agree to the updated terms.
